i liked it, the melody is cool.
it might be cool if you have that sound that comes in at 1:22(the lead?) with the piano at the same time at some point in the song, i dunno =\ . maybe more bass throughout the song too.
anyways, nice song.

Looking back though, this really isn't quite jazz. The chords are too simple, the bass is electric and not a string bass, and the piano part isn't much like a jazz piano part. In most jazz, you seem to have a lot of weird extended chords, a big acoustic bass, and a different set up than I've got going here. I would love to write another jazz piece in the future, but with a full brass and wind section and some drums. (Trombones, trumputs, multiple saxes, etc.)
