the amount of preset usage here is crazy though. definitely needs a deeper bass.

this song reminds me of "raise the jolly roger" by dagrahamcracka because of that piratesque sound at the beginning.
The change in key caught me off guard though, you might want some more buildup to it or something.
great work with this though.

Not too bad

Better than what i used to make when i started. As Chronamut said it has the most generic bassline..ever.. lol. its not a bad thing though. definitely work on equalizing, the bass is very strong.
some advice-- it might help if you make a melody first then put a bassline in that fits. the song right now sounds like everything is somewhat a copy of the bassline. kinda understand? lol
